Getting braces is an adjustment, and yes... sleeping with them can feel a little weird at first.
The good news? Most patients adjust within a week or two. If you`re feeling sore, try taking an over-the-counter pain reliever as directed, using orthodontic wax on any spots that are rubbing, and sleeping with your head slightly elevated if it feels more comfortable.
